I am a registered physiotherapist in British Columbia with experience working with active individuals, athletes, and dancers. My approach emphasizes individualized care, ongoing professional development, and helping people return to movement with confidence.

  • Experience treating sports, dance, and activity-related injuries

  • Training in concussion management, post-injury rehabilitation and clinical pilates

  •  Ongoing post-graduate education and continuing professional development

Care is collaborative, with treatment decisions guided by individual goals, progress, and response to care.

Depending on the individual and stage of recovery, treatment may include a combination of exercise, hands-on techniques, and adjunct therapies when appropriate.

  • Reformer based clinical pilates

These tools are used selectively as part of a broader treatment plan and are not required or appropriate for every condition.
