IMS/ DRY NEEDLING
Intramuscular stimulation (IMS) is a technique used to release or lengthen muscles that may be causing chronic musculoskeletal or neuropathic pain. Very fine needles (the same ones used in acupuncture) are inserted directly into the affected muscle, in order to stimulate healing. This is also often referred to, or known as, “dry needling.”

RSQ1
Christopher is one of two sole providers in North America.
RSQ1 is an electrostimulation device, developed and based on years of experiences of competent physiotherapists, stimulating the neurological system by different electrical currents. The RSQ1 is developed to use in combination with functional exercises, to contract and relax muscles in the correct way, for preventive treatments, better rehabilitation and faster recovery.

SHOCKWAVE THERAPY
Shockwave therapy is the utilization of energy pulses through a machine and gun tool onto muscle bands. Shockwave therapy breaks down adhesions, calcifications, and tight bands on musculature, while increasing blood flow and allowing the tissues to regenerate at a quicker rate.

MANUAL THERAPY
After a thorough assessment, Chris utilizes manual therapy to provide his clients with easier movement and decreased pain to enable and supplement an individualized exercise program. Chris is skilled in an array of manual therapy techniques.
